Hello everyone,today i wanted to share a little secret with you.
The above title to my post is in Latin,and it translates to: 'Nature Heals,Doctor Tends' by Hippokrates.
So as it suggests,i wanted to write to You all out there about a Method B.S.M.It is a self-healing method that i have come to know 10 years ago,through my dear father,who after hearing whispers about it in our town,decided to buy a book written by Piotr Lewandowski,who have met the person who acctually discovered this method himself-Eugeniusz Uchnast,retired colonel of the Polish Army,lawyer and historian by trade.
Below i will write a piece of text from the very book,to better explain you how exactly it works:

The method of treatment is to place one's hands (or body) on the head,over the centres of the outer layer of the brain (cerebral cortex) which control the afflicted parts of the body.The radiation emitted by the live cellular tissue of the hand arouses those centres to commence selfhealing processes.As is known,man posesses so-called 'L' field,an electromagnetic or life field.If a person becomes ill,changes occur in that field,and vice versa-if changes appear in the field,a person becomes ill.In the B.S.M method
the central nervous system is fed,and further,the changes in the organism's 'L' field are eliminated.Curing processes must occur as the changes are eliminated.Let it be stressed here,that the energy used is constantly radiated.In a word,no surplus energy,special properties or use of will power is required.ANYONE CAN USE B.S.M METHOD.
This method does NOT follow standard medical and pharmacological practise where the biological system is the object of treatment; this method influences the organism's electro-magnetic field which
is something of a force responsible for the proper functioning of the various systems of which the human body is composed.Obviously,the organism must also recieve the requisite building materials without which it will fail to function,:vitamins,minerals,protein,albumin etc.

More about how exactly it works with our body and brain is explained in the book.So cutting it short:

• anybody can use it,regardless of religion,state of mind,will power
• healing processes are very quick,brain reacts from the first touch and responding at once
• it's free
• you cannot use any medicine when using B.S.M as they will interfere (except the Pill)
• it's best to eat properly,giving your body fuel to rebuild or fix affected area
• no caffeine,alcohol or any substances as they interfere with your body (changing blood str.)
• there is only 8 positions to memorise
• each session should last at least 15 minutes,the more the better,and used daily until cured,for example,3-4 15min sessions a day is best,or 2 half an hour a day (my personal usage)
• you can hold your head,or someone can do it for you
• precision is everything when applying the positions
• some ilnesses require only 1-2 sessions,some very serious sometimes may take up to several weeks or even months to cure completely
• pregnant women CANNOT use B.S.M

There is so much information in the book,that if you will decide to get it for yourself  PLEASE READ THE WHOLE BOOK CAREFULLY.There are some illnesses where you cannot use this method,more explained in the book.

My personal experiences with B.S.M:

• ALLERGY (pollen,dust,animals) my mother applied position 5,on me and my sister (we both had same allergies) once a day for half an hour for 3 months.Cured.Would probably be cured quicker if we had time to hold more often in the day.Only 1 thing with allergies,you best repeat sessions every couple of years,as your body gets cured,but problem is that you keep being subjected to for exmp. dust or pollen all the time so body,alas cured,is in contact with allergens and they keep making your body react to them (hard to understand i know,but if you dig deeper about what allergy really is,then you will find out it's not what 'they' tell us,you are NOT born with it.It's given to us,sometimes even with injections,when you think they give you something to help you,they screw you up,common knowledge.That's all i can tell you).However,myself,it's been 9 or so years since my allergy session,and im still going strong,having a guinea pig beside me,dust all over the place,carpets and curtains around and loving spring time.(Before,as doctors advised,for my safety,all carpets,curtains,plush toys,pets etc be removed immidiately.What kind of life is that?!)
• EYEBALL WOUND  i have by mistake stuck a scissors into my eye and made a wound on eyeball,nearly lost my eye,must be my guardian angel that i still have both now.So,i had to wear a bandage for a couple of weeks after op,and after taking it off,my eyes stopped working together and my affected eye was going in different directions all the time (that's the best i can describe it!).I was told i need glasses from then on,and of course for a little lady it was like the worse thing on this planet.I cried and cried (ridiculous i know but i was small then).My dad seen my desperation,and that was the time he heard about the B.S.M method.He didn't believe it at first,as anyone,thinking it's just another magic powers or something,but regardless,decided to try it.If you don't try,you never know.So i was sleeping at night,he came to me and put his hand in position that cures eyesight problems,i didn't know about this as i was sleeping very deep.I dont even know how long he sat there beside me at night,but with his hand on my head.He said about 3 hours later on,poor thing must have gone numb!Anyway,in the morning,after breakfast,i sat in front of tv trying hard to see the cartoon that was playing,i did't have glasses yet,and then just out of the blue,my eyes connected together and i saw one tv rather than whole big mess.I shouted to my parents in amazement,i can see!! So that was the start of our transfer from medications to B.S.M.I never had any problems with eyes since.And that night was the only time my dad held me for eyes,and it was enough.
• CATARRH,THROAT,COLDS ETC. im curing general health problems with B.S.M,like colds,muscular pains,abdominal pains,tooth ache,headaches etc.

SINCE I STOPPED USING MEDICATIONS,AND ONLY RELIED ON B.S.M,I STOPPED BEING ILL ON REGULAR TERMS!MAYBE ONCE A YEAR NOW!I ALSO DO NOT TAKE ANY INJECTIONS.MY HEALTH HAS IMPROVED DRASTICALLY AND THAT'S MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE TALKING,I USED TO BE  A VERY SICKLY CHILD,IT STOPPED SINCE MY EYE ACCIDENT...
